Refund Policy | 2026–2027 School Year

All enrolled students are subject to the following refund and tuition policies.

Education Freedom Account (EFA) Tuition

Tuition paid through the Arkansas Education Freedom Account (EFA) program is not refundable

directly to families. Families may choose not to select Highland Academy as their vendor for a

subsequent quarter.

Tuition Commitment Structure

Tuition at Highland Academy is committed on a quarterly basis regardless of payment method. Monthly

payment plans are provided as a convenience only and do not convert tuition into a month-to-month

agreement.

Withdrawal During a Quarter

• No refund of EFA funds will be issued for that quarter.

• No refund of the family’s out-of-pocket tuition portion will be issued for that quarter.

• No tuition charges will apply for future quarters.
